  • How does the Pushpshala shipping process work ?
    All our shipping is serviced through well-reputed courier partners like FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express. As soon as your order is places, confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your order tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website. For any assistance you may wish to write at contact@pushpshala.com
  • What is the range of order delivery locations ?
    For domestic orders: We ship across India, except for a few remote locations. All domestic orders of INR 499/- and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of INR. 49/- if your total order value is less INR. 499/- with no refund policy. For overseas orders: We ship internationally, across many countries and offer best international shipping experience to our customers. For all orders, shipping and handling rates may vary, based on product, packaging, size, volume and other considerations. To place orders outside India, please write to contact@pushpshala.com and one of our executives will be in touch with you. The shipping charges do not include customs charges which vary according to the country the order is being placed from and cannot be pre-determined or communicated.
  • How much time it take for an order to get delivered ?
    Pushpshala ship from New Delhi (India) and it takes minimum 2 days to process the order. Delivery of order depends on the location and product. Usually Incense recipes and personal care products are delivered within 3-5 business days. However due to fresh preparation and packaging, Essential Oils and Mood Elevators takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Is my order well packed and delivered to me safely ?
    Pushpshala orders are packed and processed in an environment safe overpacking material, preferably cardboard. Fragile items under Essential Oils and Mood Elevators category require additional packing and are safeguarded with extra safety layer. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product packaging and wish for you to be completely happy and satisfied with your contribution to Pushpshala.
  • Does Pushpshala have stores to visit and purchase ?
    We are growing team of change makers and building our strength and capabilities. Working on a larger nation-wide vision, we are currently operating online to reduce unwanted capital.   • What if I receive an incomplete or damaged order ?
    We try best to give you best in class experience of purchasing Pushpshala products. In case of incomplete or damaged order, please contact us within 2 business days of your order delivery. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, we will take your concern on priority and resolve within 5 business days.
  • Can I return my order if I am not completely satisfied ?
    We name it “Premium Organic Floral Recipes” for a reason. Our change makers strive to serve you with best products which are raised 100% organic. Pushpshala strongly believe in the quality of its products and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.   • How do I cancel order and initiate a refund request ?
    Cancellations on successful transactions are not allowed. However, as a practice to serve you better, there is a provision of replacement. Still If you wish to cancel your order, you can write to us at care@pushpshala.com or call us on +91 7982123692 (Timings: 10:00 am-4:00 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.   • Online order cancellation, returns and refund policy"
    In case of cancellation request accepted, you will be charged a marginal amount as gateway charges and the balance will be refunded. To initiate exchange or return of order, please write to contact@pushpshala.com or call on +91 7982123692 ((Timings: 10:00 am-4:00 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Our team will examine the products returned to verify if the product is in a condition to be exchanged. All returnable products must be accompanied with the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number (received from the redressal team) and in saleable condition. Courier costs are non refundable and need to be borne by the customer. Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product purchased through a promotion, or a product that has been opened and/or used. Pushpshala is not responsible for any mishandling and damage after delivery. Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund. There is a provision of replacement. For more details please write to contact@pushpshala.com Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Pushpshala team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with product images and the batch number, within 24 hours of the delivery. We shall take 5-7 business days to perform a quality check once we receive the product. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
